Tim Noble Workshop
Tim Noble came to Danceworks on Sunday 6 December 2009, to run 2 workshops. Tim Noble has choreographed for Kylie, Madonna, Girl's Aloud, Britney, Justin Timberlake and London's West End. FAOS Pantomime
Six young students supplied by Danceworks were dancers in the Frome Amateur Operatic Society’s performance of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Other Danceworks students successfully auditioned for Dwarfs and Dancers for the Pantomime. Congratulations to Joanne Plenty, who helps on Saturday mornings, who played the part of the nasty Queen, and also to Nicole Wooldridge who runs the 'In The Spotlight' workshops, who took the leading role of Snow White.
Snow White was performed at the Memorial Theatre between 29 December 2009 – 2 January 2010. See the FAOS website for further information.
Frome Rotary Music Hall
Some Danceworks students – young and old! will be performing once again for Frome Rotary Club. Look out for the adult tappers dancing Thoroughly Modern Millie, and some senior modern students performing The Jumpin’ Jive, and Jazz students dancing a Can-Can.
